Additionally, we will require access to an exterior water source (i.e. garden hose connection) and also may require access to an exterior power outlet.

Soft washing and pressure washing are performed outdoors, and as such, it is susceptible to the effects of inclement weather. If it rains on the day of your soft wash cleaning appointment, the cleaning process may need to be rescheduled for a later date. We monitor the weather forecast leading up to the appointment and will notify our customers in advance if we need to reschedule due to inclement weather. Our drones are completely waterproof and can safely fly even on windy days (i.e. wind gusts up to 25 mph). Therefore, the cleaning process may be able to proceed despite light rain or drizzle, but this will depend on the specific circumstances and the judgment of the drone pilot in command as per FAA regulations.
